How ordering works

1. Choose quantity and print options. Select your order quantity, print position, and preferred print color.
2. Upload your artwork. Vector files are best. PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or transparent high-resolution PNG are accepted.
3. Approve your proof. We send a digital proof showing size, position, and print color before production.
4. Production begins after approval. Any production timeline starts only after the proof is approved and payment details are confirmed.

Artwork checklist

• Use vector artwork when available: AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF.
• If using PNG, upload a transparent file at 300 DPI or the highest resolution you have.
• Convert text to outlines or include the font name.
• Provide your Pantone code if exact brand color is important.
• Keep fine lines and tiny text simple. Very small details may not print cleanly on curved cups.

• Shipping cost depends on quantity, carton size, and destination. Large or deadline-driven orders may require freight confirmation before production.
• Customer-supplied artwork must be owned or licensed by the customer.
