Production and shipping are separate

Production timing begins after your digital proof is approved and payment details are confirmed. Shipping time begins after the finished goods leave production.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost depends on order quantity, carton size, weight, destination, and service level. Standard checkout rates are estimates for standard orders. Large, remote, international, or deadline-driven orders may require a confirmed freight quote before production.

Delivery deadlines

If you have an event date, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether the production and shipping timeline is realistic before the order moves forward.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number by email after shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import requirements charged by the destination country.
