How Custom Cup Printing Works
Our order flow is designed to keep custom printing clear: choose the product, upload artwork, review a proof, then approve production.
1. Choose your cup
Select quantity, print position, and your preferred print color. The launch product starts at 500 PET cold cups per design.
2. Upload artwork
Upload your logo or print file. Vector artwork is preferred, but high-resolution transparent PNG files can be reviewed.
3. Review proof
We send a digital proof for size, placement, and print color review. Production does not begin until you approve the proof.
4. Print and ship
After proof approval, we confirm production timing and shipping. Large or deadline-sensitive orders may require a custom freight quote.
Before you order
- Prepare your logo or artwork file.
- Know your quantity, delivery address, and event deadline.
- Have a Pantone code or brand color reference if color accuracy matters.
- Confirm whether you need cups only, or cups with lids, straws, sleeves, or special packaging.
Proof approval matters
Please check spelling, artwork size, placement, color, and quantity carefully. Once the proof is approved and production starts, custom printed orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled.
