Orders and payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment, deposit, or payment confirmation may be required before production begins.

Custom products

Custom printed products are produced according to the artwork, quantity, and specifications approved by the customer. Production starts only after proof approval and order confirmation.

Digital proofs

The customer is responsible for reviewing the proof carefully, including artwork, text, spelling, size, placement, color reference, and delivery information. Changes requested after approval may not be possible.

Artwork rights

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it for custom printing. You grant Day & Night Print permission to reproduce the artwork only for fulfilling your order.

Color and production variation

Printed color and placement may vary slightly due to material, printing method, cup shape, and screen-to-print differences. Pantone references help reduce variation but do not guarantee an exact screen match.

Shipping and deadlines

Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing for your specific order. If you have an event deadline, contact us before ordering.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
