Artwork Guide

Artwork Guide

Use this checklist before placing a custom print order. Clear artwork and complete order details help us produce an accurate proof and avoid delays.

Best file formats

  • Best: AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF with vector artwork.
  • Accepted for review: transparent PNG at 300 DPI or the highest resolution available.
  • Not ideal: screenshots, low-resolution JPG files, photos of a logo, or files copied from social media.

Artwork setup

  • Convert text to outlines when possible.
  • Keep fine lines and small text readable at the final print size.
  • Use transparent background artwork unless the background is part of the design.
  • Send the original brand logo file, not only a mockup image.

Color information

  • Single-color printing is the standard launch option.
  • Send a Pantone code if you have one.
  • If you only have RGB, HEX, or CMYK values, we can use them as a reference, but final print color may vary.

Order information to prepare

  • Quantity per design
  • Delivery address and recipient phone number
  • Required delivery date or event date
  • Whether lids, straws, or special packaging are needed
  • Any placement notes, such as front center, back print, or left/right alignment

Proof approval checklist

  • Artwork is correct and not stretched.
  • Text spelling and phone numbers are correct.
  • Print position and approximate size look right.
  • Quantity, cup type, and delivery address are correct.
  • You own or have permission to use the artwork.

If you are not sure whether your file is usable, send it through the contact page and we will review it before you place a full order.
