Custom Printed Orders
Since each order is custom printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
Quality Issues
If your order arrives with printing defects, incorrect colors, or material flaws, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will reprint or issue a refund at our discretion.
Blank Samples
Blank (unprinted) samples can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@dayandnightprint.com with your order number and photos of any defects. We will respond within 2 business days.
