What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 500 pieces per design. This keeps costs affordable while allowing you to order only what you need.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and EPS files. For best results, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred.

How do I choose a Pantone color?

When customizing your product, you can select from our list of standard Pantone colors. Each color swatch shows the Pantone code and a visual reference.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes! After placing your order, we will send a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the cup. You must approve this proof before production begins.

How long does production take?

Standard production takes 7-10 business days after design approval.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and express shipping to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 within the US.

Do you offer samples?

We can provide blank samples so you can evaluate the cup quality before ordering. Contact us for pricing.

What if I am not satisfied?

We stand behind our work. If there is a defect in printing or materials, we will reprint or refund your order.

Can I order larger quantities?
