What is the minimum order quantity?
The launch product starts at 500 cups per design.
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes. Upload your logo or artwork on the product page. Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF work best.
Can you use a PNG file?
Usually, yes, if the PNG is high-resolution and has a transparent background. Low-resolution screenshots or social media images may need to be redrawn before printing.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before production starts. Please review spelling, placement, print size, color, and quantity carefully.
When does production time begin?
Production timing begins after your digital proof is approved and payment details are confirmed.
How accurate are print colors?
Pantone references help us match your brand color more closely. Screen colors and physical print colors can still vary because PET cups are curved and transparent.
Are lids or straws included?
Not by default. If you need lids, straws, sleeves, or special packaging, include that in your quote request.
Can I order more than 2,000 cups?
Yes. For 5,000+ cups or recurring orders, request a bulk quote so we can confirm production pricing, carton details, and freight.
Do you offer lids, straws, or matching packaging?
These are not included by default, but they can be quoted separately. Tell us whether you need lids, straws, sleeves, bags, labels, or other matching printed items.
Do you offer multi-color printing?
The launch product is single-color printing. Multi-color printing may be available by custom quote depending on artwork, quantity, and supplier schedule.
Can I cancel after approving the proof?
Custom printed orders cannot usually be cancelled once the proof is approved and production has started.
